Astral Flow Cancellation Policy

Astral Flow values the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session and event. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies.

One-on-One Sessions (In-Person & Online)

You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.
No-show appointments (where you do not attend and do not provide notice) may be charged at 100% of the session fee, or if using a session package that visit will be forfeited.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via the booking system or by contacting Astral Flow directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
If you arrive late to a session, your appointment may be shortened out of respect for subsequent clients, and the full session fee will still apply.
If Astral Flow is running late, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the full session time, or a suitable alternative arrangement will be offered.

Classes (In-Person & Online)

You may cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 2 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours’ notice may incur a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.
• Failure to attend a booking, including arriving late, will result in the forfeiture of the booking, with no refund, credit, or transfer provided.
• No-show (where you do not attend and do not provide notice) will be charged at 100% of the session fee, or if using a class pass that visit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via the booking system.
• Late entry to group sessions is not permitted once the session has commenced, as this can disrupt the experience for other participants.
• Clients who arrive after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.

Class Passes & Packages

5 class pass is valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
10 and 20 class passes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Astral Flow does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on 5, 10 and 20 class passes for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Passes cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their pass will be denied entry and have their pass or membership cancelled.
Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 4 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.

Workshops (In-Person & Online)

Due to the nature of workshops and the preparation involved, the following conditions apply:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All workshop bookings are final. Refunds or credits are not offered for workshops for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your workshop booking to another person by notifying Astral Flow at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start time. Transfer requests must be made in writing and include the full name of the person attending in your place.
Clients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop.
Late entry to workshops is not permitted. Clients who arrive after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
Failure to attend a booked workshop, including arriving late, will result in the forfeiture of the booking, with no refund, credit, or transfer provided.

Illness or Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unwell or experience exceptional circumstances, please contact Astral Flow as soon as possible. While fees may still apply, situations will be approached with fairness and discretion where appropriate.

Practitioner Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Astral Flow needs to cancel or reschedule a session, class, or workshop, you will be offered the choice of a rescheduled appointment, transfer, or refund, depending on the nature of the booking.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Acceptance of Cancellation Policy

By booking and participating in any Astral Flow service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
