Astral Flow Terms & Conditions

These Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimer (“Terms”) apply to all services, sessions, programs, classes, events, and content provided by Astral Flow (“we,” “our,” “us”), including in-person and online offerings. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in this document is legal advice. We recommend you seek independent legal advice to ensure these Terms meet your specific needs and obligations under Australian law.

1. Nature of Services

Astral Flow provides energy healing, sound healing, meditation, Human Design sessions, and intuitive/spiritual readings for personal growth, self-reflection, and wellbeing support. These services are complementary and holistic in nature and are not presented as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Ashati and Alsemia energy healing
SimplyALIGN energy healing
Other spiritual / holistic energy healing sessions
Sound healing with crystal bowls (1:1 and group sound healing / sound bath sessions)
Meditation classes, programs, and guided meditation sessions (1:1 and group)
Human Design readings, Human Design coaching, and personalised Human Design analysis
Psychic readings, mediumship readings, oracle card readings, intuitive and spiritual readings

All sessions are offered in good faith as tools for self-reflection, energetic support, and personal insight.

2. No Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice

Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or mental health disorder and are not a substitute for advice, treatment, or care from a registered health or mental-health professional.

Accordingly:

We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You should always consult a suitably qualified professional for concerns in those areas.
You must not delay, disregard, or discontinue medical or professional treatment based on information or impressions received in any session.

If you are under medical or psychological care, you are responsible for informing your treating practitioners about any complementary services you choose to receive.

3. Intuitive, Psychic, Mediumship & Oracle Readings

All psychic readings, mediumship readings, oracle card readings, intuitive readings, spiritual readings, and energy readings provided by Astral Flow are:

Offered for personal exploration, spiritual reflection, and entertainment purposes only; and
Subject to your own interpretation and judgment.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading. Any impressions, intuitive insights, or symbolic information shared are inherently subjective, may be incomplete, and may not be verifiable.

By booking or participating in a reading, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretation of any information shared.
No reading is 100% accurate, and no specific results, predictions, or outcomes are promised.
You will not rely on readings as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or business advice.

Readings are only available to clients 18 years and over, unless a parent or legal guardian provides explicit written consent and is present.

4. Energy Healing, Sound Healing & Meditation

All energy healing, sound healing, and meditation services (including Ashati, Alsemia, SimplyALIGN, other energy modalities, sound baths, and guided meditation sessions):

Are designed to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance;
Are complementary practices and not a replacement for licensed medical or mental-health treatment; and
Do not involve diagnosis, prescription, or promise of healing or recovery from any illness or condition.

You understand that experiences and outcomes in these sessions can vary and are influenced by many personal factors. No particular result (e.g., pain relief, symptom change, emotional release) is guaranteed.

If you have any chronic illness, injury, mental health condition, pregnancy, or other health concern, you agree to:

Consult your doctor or treating health practitioner before participating; and
Inform us of any relevant health information that may affect your participation (e.g., sound sensitivity, mobility concerns, trauma history you wish us to be aware of).

5. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

By engaging with Astral Flow services, you confirm that:

You are 18 years or older, or have written consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You will provide accurate and complete information when requested (e.g., health intake forms, contact details).
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions, including seeking further support if required.

You agree not to attend in-person sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol (other than prescribed medication taken as directed).

6. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

The following is a template policy; you can adjust timeframes and conditions to suit your practice:

Bookings & Payment

All session times are offered subject to availability and may change.
Payment is required on the day of the session, after the service has been provided. Payment may be made in person via cash or card, with card payments processed securely through Square. Payment may also be made at the time of booking via Square.Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change over time; the price at the time of booking applies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice (or your chosen window) without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.
“No-show” appointments (where you do not attend and do not notify us) may be charged at the full session fee.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the following client, and the full fee will still apply.
If we are running late, we will either honour the full session time where possible or offer a suitable alternative arrangement.

Workshops, Classes & Group Events

Group meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, classes, or events may have specific booking and cancellation policies, which will be outlined at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

7. Online Sessions & Technology

We offer many services online (e.g., online energy healing, online Human Design readings, online intuitive readings).

By booking an online session, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, appropriate device, and private space free from excessive distractions.
If technical issues occur, we will use reasonable efforts to reconnect or reschedule; however, we are not responsible for failures beyond our control (e.g., outages, platform disruptions).
Online sessions carry some inherent privacy risks (e.g., third-party platforms); we will choose reputable platforms but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We treat all personal information and session content with respect and care.

We keep session information private except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., serious risk of harm to you or others, child protection obligations, court orders).
We may take brief notes to support continuity of care; these are stored securely and not shared without your consent, unless legally required.
You agree not to record or share session audio, video, or content without our explicit written permission.

A separate Privacy Policy may be provided to describe how we collect, use, and store your personal data in more detail.

9. Personal Risk & Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that:

Your participation in all services is voluntary and at your own risk.
Any decisions you make, actions you take, or changes you implement as a result of sessions are your responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We disclaim all warranties (express or implied) in relation to our services, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, or expense arising from or in connection with your use of our services or your reliance on any information or impressions shared in a session.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Crisis & Emergency Situations

Astral Flow does not provide crisis or emergency services.

If you are in crisis, at risk of harm, or experiencing severe psychological distress, you must contact:

Emergency services (000 in Australia), or
A crisis support service such as Lifeline (13 11 14) or your local mental-health service.

Our sessions are not designed for acute crisis intervention or emergency support.

11. Code of Conduct & Boundaries

We are committed to providing a professional, respectful environment. We reserve the right to:

Decline or discontinue services if we believe a session is not appropriate, unsafe, or outside our scope of practice; or
Terminate a session if a client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate manner, with no obligation to provide a refund.

Clients are asked to:

Treat the practitioner and other participants with respect.
Honour agreed boundaries, session times, and space rules (e.g., silence phones, arrive on time).

12. Intellectual Property

All written materials, recordings, course content, meditations, sound tracks, and other resources provided by Astral Flow are protected by copyright.

You may use materials for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date.

By continuing to use our website or services after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
