Before my session with Simone, I was feeling a little nervous. I was instantly put at ease by her calming presence, and thorough explanation of how the session would work. Simone was incredible at holding space for me. She was also very intuitive and able to help find the right words when needed. During the session I felt heard and cared for. I noted that the significant heaviness I had been feeling in my chest lifted and I generally felt lighter. I look forward to having further sessions.

I had never done SimplyALIGN session before so came in with no expectations. It was accurate and I was really surprised with how it worked. I certainly feel that has helped to release some of the issues I was holding and it made me realise some of which I didn't realise I was holding and that came on reflection post session.
