SimplyALIGN Energy Healing

A SimplyALIGN session unfolds as a conversation, guided by the energy and what is ready to be released on the day. You’ll be seated comfortably and remain fully clothed throughout.

We begin with a brief check-in to understand what you’d like support with — particularly if there’s an area where you’re feeling stuck or out of alignment. From there, the session is led by intuitive questioning and muscle testing, which works with your body’s own intelligence to identify what needs to be addressed.

SimplyALIGN doesn’t require you to relive or retell past experiences. At times you may be invited to share insights, confirm what’s coming up, or speak in broad terms about an area of life. This dialogue is part of the process — it supports the work as it unfolds, rather than replaces it.

Because SimplyALIGN works across all seven energy systems simultaneously — including your physical body, timeline, and energetic relationships — a single session can address layers that other modalities may not reach. Emotional frequencies, subconscious belief systems, and even inherited patterns passed down through your lineage can all be gently identified and cleared.

The Alsemia frequency, which is part of the Ashati system, works on the physical and etheric bodies — releasing energetic density and restoring vitality without requiring any emotional processing.

Your practitioner works intuitively with your energy field throughout, guided by what’s present and what your system is ready to release. You don’t need to narrate anything or understand what’s happening — the healing works at a level below language, which is part of why it can reach things that talking sometimes can’t.
